Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test Prior to 96 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Afghanistan. The Covid test result must be in English or in Persian.
– This does not apply to passengers younger than age 08 years.

International flights to and from the Afghanistan have resumed, with reduced capacity.
A negative COVID-19 PCR test, conducted within 96 hours prior of travel, is required for entry.
Some commercial air services in and out of Kabul have halted due to COVID-19. Please check with your airline directly regarding commercial options for international travelers leaving Afghanistan.
Lockdown Details
Most hotels and restaurants are open and have been instructed to follow COVID-19 guidelines, including asking customers to wear masks compulsory.
Sports and music events, along with bars, cinemas, museums and gyms are all closed at the moment. Restaurants and some shops have opened.
