India International Travel Update DGCA bans international schedule flights suspension extends till 28 Feb 2022

The suspension of scheduled international passenger flights in the country has been extended till February 28, aviation regulator DGCA said on Wednesday.

Director General of Civil Aviation India(DGCA) Announced that the present ban on international scheduled flights will extend till 23:59 hrs IST, February 28, 2022. civil aviation body has even clarified that current operating flights under travel air bubble agreements and Vande Bharat flights would remain unaffected from the ban. All flights would continue to operate as per the ongoing arrangements. Air Cargo flights also exempt from the ban.

Official statement release by DGCA states that, “The authority has decided to extend the suspension of Scheduled International commercial passenger services to/from India till 2359 hrs IST of 28th February 2022.”

In continuation to DGCA Circular it is clarified to all concerned that all international flights under existing Air Bubble Agreements shall continue to operate till 28th of February 2022.
