- Quarantine packages are valid for bookings made from 17th May 2021 to 30th June 2021
- Quarantine packages are available on all classes of travel
- Quarantine packages are valid for any bookings made on online, Tele-sales, on CTOs or with travel agents

Hotel terms and conditions:
- The hotel may request an amount from the guest upon check-in as a deposit, to be returned to the guest in the event that no damage is caused to the room upon check-out.
- During the quarantine period, hotel restaurants provide only three meals, “breakfast, lunch and dinner” in the rooms
- All three packages include breakfast, lunch and dinner meals.”
- Children up to 6 years old can benefit from accommodation and meals for free, by sharing a bed with their parents, with no more than two children in the double room only, kids from 7 to 11 years old can share the bed with their parents and they will be charged as follows: (Amount) SAR. For one child per night, it includes three meals

Institutional quarantine Package is not applicable to countries,those are Temporarily suspending entry into the Kingdom for all guests coming or passed from (Argentina, United Arab Emirates, Germany, United States of America, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Pakistan, Brazil, Portugal, United Kingdom, Turkey, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Lebanon, Egypt, India, Japan) and same applies to those who are coming from other countries if they have passed through any of the aforementioned countries during (14) days preceding their entry to the Kingdom. ( Except Saudi Citizens and their families and accompanying workers , Diplomats, Health Practitioners and their families. Also, they must undergo for self-quarantine as mentioned below and providing a negative result of (PCR) test certificate for Non-Saudi nationals over eight years old.
