Refund Policy – Musafir Services Private Limited

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• Customer cancellations made at least 7 days before departure.
• Service cancellations made by Musafir Services.
• Partial service usage, depending on refund eligibility of unused components.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

• Visa fees (if visa application is submitted or processed).
• Flight or hotel bookings once confirmed.
• Any services explicitly marked "non-refundable" at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or email (info@musafirservices.com).
• Customers may need to provide basic documentation (payment receipt or booking ID).
• Refunds are processed through the original payment method or as travel credit, depending on customer preference.

4. Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 working days from request approval.

5. Group Bookings & Last-Minute Cancellations

Special group packages and last-minute bookings may have different refund rules based on agreements or airline/hotel terms.

6. Credit for Future Bookings

In some cases, customers may choose travel credits instead of a direct refund, valid for future services with Musafir Services.

7. Force Majeure

If cancellations occur due to events beyond our control (pandemics, government restrictions, flight suspensions), only refunds from third parties (airlines, hotels) will be passed on to the customer.
