2. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment is made and we issue a confirmation. Payments imply consent to our terms and refund policy.

3. Changes or Cancellations

• Musafir Services does not change packages or prices after payment confirmation.
• If a service is cancelled by the customer, applicable refunds will follow our Refund Policy.
• If a service is cancelled by Musafir Services (rare cases), a full refund will be issued for refundable services.

4. Traveller Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Holding valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
• Complying with Saudi and Indian travel, health, and visa laws.
• Providing accurate personal information at booking.

5. Minors and Guardianship

Minors (below 18 years) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected delays, medical issues, or cancellations.

7. Health and Vaccination

Travellers must comply with Saudi health and vaccination regulations applicable at the time of travel.

8. Visa or Entry Denial

If a visa or entry is denied by Saudi authorities, visa fees and related charges are non-refundable, as they are governed by third-party rules.

9. Force Majeure

Musafir Services is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or airline cancellations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on www.musafirservices.com, including logos, text, and design, is owned by Musafir Services Private Limited and cannot be reproduced without permission.

11. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution, Musafir Services is not responsible for losses due to third-party actions (airlines, hotels, visa authorities) or traveler errors.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All transactions are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
